1. Acceptance

By using the application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Illegal activities or content
Harassment, threats, or incitement of violence
Intellectual property infringement
Fraud, spam, or deceptive practices
Any content violating the Child Safety Standards

3. Child Safety Standards (Zero Tolerance)

We maintain a principle of zero tolerance for sexual violence and exploitation of children. It is prohibited to use the application for any actions related to sexual violence against children, their sexual exploitation, or the distribution/request of sexual materials involving minors.

Any content that represents minors in a sexual context (photos, videos, text, messages, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Such content will be removed immediately and related accounts blocked or terminated.

Suspicious content or behavior may be reported to competent authorities as required by law. For more details, see the full Child Safety Standards.

Reports can be submitted via in‑app tools or by email: main@tone.place. Reports involving minors in sexual context are handled with priority; content is removed, accounts blocked, and law enforcement notified where necessary.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, and suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within the application or on our website.
