If paid features or subscriptions are available (e.g., premium features, expert evaluation, community subscription).

User-Generated Content and Community Guidelines

To comply with App Store and Google Play policies and applicable laws of the European Union and the Russian Federation, it is strictly prohibited to publish or distribute content that:

• Depicts, sexualizes or exploits minors; any content involving children in sexual context.
• Contains pornography, explicit sexual content or nudity intended for arousal.
• Incites hatred, promotes discrimination or violence; includes extremist, terrorist or violent propaganda; threats or harassment.
• Displays graphic violence, gore, cruelty or self-harm; encourages dangerous or illegal activities.
• Promotes or facilitates illegal drugs, weapons, regulated goods, or the sale of illegal goods/services.
• Discloses personal data of third parties without explicit consent; doxxing or unlawful collection of personal data.
• Infringes intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks) or breaches confidentiality obligations.
• Contains spam, fraud, deceptive practices, phishing or links to malware.

Moderation and Enforcement

• We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts without prior notice in case of violations.
• You can report content or users at main@tone.place or via in-app tools.
• We may cooperate with competent authorities and comply with lawful requests in accordance with applicable legislation.
